Preparation method: add to a glass of water 150 g of honey and boil for 2-3 minutes, removing the foam. Then dissolve in a glass of hot water 100 g of sugar and pour in the honey mixture. Cook on low heat until smooth. In a container with two liters of water is added 2 g. of ground cinnamon, 2 tsp ground ginger, a few leaves of dried mint, 5 peas of black pepper, 5 stars cloves and bring the mixture to a boil, then pass. Combine the honey-sugar syrup and aromatic broth, mix well and cool.

Mint and lime slices thoroughly mash together with mint syrup, add to the mix the strawberry puree, water and heat, without boiling. Drink strain through cheesecloth or a strainer, pour into a glass and garnish with berries or a sprig of mint.
