The first recipe: Dessert mousse Chocolate Marquise”

You will need: 200g butter 150g grated chocolate, 5 eggs.

How to cook dessert chocolate Marquise. The third recipe: Chocolate medow”

You will need: 6 eggs, 3 cups milk, 4 tbsp wheat flour, grated chocolate, sugar, 1 tbsp butter.

How to make chocolate medow. RUB the grated chocolate, combine with sugar and flour, and stir continually stirring, gradually pour in the warm milk. Put the saucepan with the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly boil until thickens, remove from the heat, allow to cool, to enter the yolks (they must be pre-RUB with 1 tsp sugar), protein (whip them into stiff peaks), mix gently. Take a baking dish, grease it with oil and bake the medow in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 20 minutes, serve with a garnish with cream.

The fourth recipe: a Dessert drink “chocolate”

You will need: 2 cups of bold, milk, 2 tbsp of unsweetened chocolate, 1 tbsp sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves.

How to make a drink dessert “chocolate”. The fifth recipe: Homemade Nutella

You will need: 350 g condensed milk 150g butter 125g dark chocolate, 1 Cup of ground hazelnuts, 5 tbsp cocoa powder.

The sixth recipe: Chocolate brownies

You will need: 440g unsalted butter, 120g unsweetened chocolate, 60g dark chocolate, 4 large eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1 Cup flour, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and salt.

How to cook simple chocolate brownies. In form 22 cm pour the resulting dough, flatten it, bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dry and crusty. Cooling dessert to room temperature and cut into 18 cakes.

The seventh recipe: Chocolate cake

You will need: 3 cups flour, 2 cups water and sugar, 1 Cup of vegetable oil, 0.5 cups cocoa powder (without sugar), 2 tbsp of table vinegar, 2 tsp soda, 1 tsp vanilla sugar/extract, 0.5 tsp. salt.

How to make a simple chocolate cake. Mix in a large bowl the flour with the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt, add water and oil, vanilla and vinegar and mix with hands until smooth. Put the mixture in the form of approximately 25 to 35cm, or prepare 2 round cake, bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven (check with a wooden toothpick if the cake is ready, she will have to leave it dry and clean). Before serving, decorate the cake with cream.
